Payment and Shipping
What are your payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, debit/credit cards and paypal. We also offer easy financing as an option through a third party.
All prices are displayed in USD ($).
Do I receive confirmation?
Once the order is placed you will receive your order number via email and confirmation of payment via email or SMS. Confirmation of order and payment will come within 1 hr.
Can you provide finance on purchases?
Yes! Please check our easy Finance option in navigation menu
Do you ship internationally?
No. Not yet. Only North America.
How long is delivery time?
For US orders: between 10 – 20 business days.
Do you need your order urgently?

Can there be any delays in shipping?
Delivery times do not take into account any delays caused by third parties that go beyond our control. For Canadian orders customs clearance may cause a delivery delay.
HBW is not responsible for loss or damage caused by delays in delivery from strikes, acts of war, fire, casualty, and inability to obtain materials or other causes beyond our control.
Do you provide tracking information?
Once the product is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS.
What should I know about shipping?
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order to your email.
Please make sure that the delivery address, Email and contact number are properly filled in.
Choose a delivery address where you are sure that there will always be someone available to accept your package. The cost for a second delivery attempt will have to be paid by you.
Once the parcel reaches your shipping address, the courier company will call you to schedule delivery or will ask to pick it up from the post office.
If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members.
If the tracking information indicates that the package is being returned to us, it is most likely due to an incorrect address thus making it impossible to deliver to the recipient.
If you cannot locate the package and it hasn’t been returned as ‘undeliverable’, please E-mail us at email@example.com
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Do you ship to alternative addresses?
If you prefer the order to be shipped to an address other than your billing address then as a security precaution, we may hold the shipment until the individual or company indicated on the billing address can be contacted to authorize the delivery.
